Meet Kinsley Botha, the Founder Behind Kinstasolutions
Kinstasolutions is a social media marketing business that creates strategic, tailored content to help businesses grow their online presence and win customers.
If you know anything about zodiac signs, you’ll know I’m a Pisces, which means I’m a dreamer at heart. I grew up with a strong desire to chase those dreams and work hard for them, and my parents never held me back. Instead, they gave me the tools I needed to succeed. When I wanted to play softball, they signed me up. When I wanted to pitch, they got me lessons. That support took me all the way to playing Division 1 softball at Georgia State University, where I earned my marketing degree. My dad is an entrepreneur, which is where I get my drive, and my mom went to art school, which is where I get my creativity. Kinstasolutions is really a blend of both. After college, I was hired into a marketing role at a mortgage company, but I ended up moving into an assistant role, learning the mortgage process inside and out, getting licensed, and even originating a few loans myself. Eventually I made my way back into marketing, and I’m so thankful for that detour. It taught me one of the most important lessons in marketing: you have to truly know the business you’re working in to market it well. While still working corporate, I started helping loan officers and real estate agents grow their social media presence on the side, slowly building my business one client at a time. I later served as VP of Marketing for a CPA firm before deciding it was time to fully do my own thing. My husband is my biggest supporter and really encouraged me to do it and I feel so blessed to be here.
One client at a time
The beginning
What made you decide to start it?
Honestly, it started because someone asked me for help. Even in my corporate role, I took helping others seriously and was always willing to lend a hand wherever I could. Along the way, I saw a real need: so many professionals knew their business inside and out but didn’t know what to say on social media, or how to say it. At the same time, I saw how many people out there didn’t understand the mortgage process and could really benefit from learning about it. I saw the need on both sides, and I realized I could bridge that gap by helping loan officers and real estate agents share their knowledge in a way that actually connects. That’s what got me started, and it’s still what drives me today: helping businesses educate and reach the people who need them.
Funding
How did you fund the business in the beginning?
My 9-to-5 funded it! I built Kinstasolutions on the side while still working my corporate job, which meant I could grow slowly, one client at a time, without the pressure of needing the business to pay the bills right away. That steady paycheck gave me the freedom to learn, invest in the right tools, and build something I was really proud of before taking the leap to do it full time.
When you work with Kinstasolutions, you’re working directly with me.
The human touch
Social media
What role does social media play in your business?
Such a big role, because it’s literally what I do for others! I’ll be honest, my own pages don’t always get my full attention since my clients come first. But when I do show up and post for myself, it reminds people what I do, and I almost always get a text or two from someone interested in working together. That’s why I fully believe that even a post with 200 views can make a difference. You never know who’s watching, and it only takes one person seeing the right post at the right time to open a new door.
The difference
What makes your business different from others like it?
It’s me! When you work with Kinstasolutions, you’re working directly with me. I’m the one communicating with you, I stay responsive, and I try to treat every client like they’re my only client. I do use AI and all the latest tools, but there’s a time and a place for them. At the end of the day, I believe the human touch is what makes every business stand out, and that’s exactly what I bring to mine and to every client I work with.

Around the dinner table
Family rituals
What’s a tradition or ritual that keeps your family grounded?
We’re expecting a baby girl, so it’s hard to say exactly what our traditions will look like once she’s here! But one thing my husband and I make a priority is time together at the dinner table. We sit down, pray over our meal, and try to be as present with each other as we can. You have to stop to eat anyway, so why not make it meaningful? It’s our time to catch up on the day and talk about the days ahead, and I can’t wait to share that tradition with her.
Off the clock
What’s your favorite thing to do with your family when you’re off the clock?
My favorite thing is simply going for a walk together. We love catching a UGA game or a Braves game, but honestly, just getting outside, getting some exercise, and spending time with each other is what I enjoy most. There’s something about fresh air and slowing down that makes the time feel even more special.
Her biggest motivation
Motherhood
How do you involve your kids in your business, if at all?
One day, I hope my daughter will want to be a part of it in some way, whether that’s writing content, designing graphics, running operations behind the scenes, or being the friendly face communicating with clients. But for now, she’s my biggest motivation. Knowing she’s on the way is all the encouragement I need to keep working hard and keep going.

Growing, but present
What's next
What’s next for your business?
I hope to keep growing alongside my clients while also building out a template system for businesses that may not be ready for full social media management. That way, they can still grab ready-made content and go, making great marketing more accessible to everyone. Most importantly, I want to grow in a way that still lets me be present for my daughter, without taking on more than I can handle.
